What you purchase

A one-time payment purchases version 1 of Procurement Desk as a downloadable offline HTML application, with instructions and illustrative sample data. The price is $59 USD before applicable taxes shown at checkout. No subscription, custom setup, consulting, or lifetime update commitment is included.

License

One purchase licenses one individual or one studio/business to use the tool internally across its own devices and projects. You may create and share client proposals and your own project exports. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly host, or share the application itself outside your licensed business, or remove its ownership notices. Sample project data is illustrative and may be used to learn the product.

Your data and decisions

You are responsible for accurate inputs, checking output before relying on it, maintaining backups, obtaining rights to information you enter, and securing your files. The application does not provide accounting, legal, tax, financial, or professional design advice. It does not order goods, verify suppliers, guarantee availability, calculate legal tax obligations, or guarantee profit.

Compatibility and availability

The tool uses standard modern desktop browser features. Local storage, file downloads, printing, and pop-ups must be available for the relevant functions. Review the live demo, guide, and compatibility notes before purchasing. Website or payment outages may affect purchasing and redownload access; a downloaded copy works locally.

Refunds and support

Our 14-day refund policy applies. Contact support for product issues. We may issue corrections or maintenance updates at our discretion; future major versions may be separate purchases.

Limits

The product is provided with reasonable care but no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to this product is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
