A straightforward refund policy.

If Procurement Desk is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing scherliving@gmail.com. Include your receipt reference and purchase email; do not include card details.

We will verify the purchase and arrange the refund through the payment provider. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. We do not promise an exact processing time.

A refunded license ends; stop using and delete your copy of the application. You may retain your own project data and previously exported proposals. We may disable future downloads for refunded orders.

If you purchased through a marketplace, use that marketplace's order-support process. Statutory rights and applicable payment-provider terms remain unaffected.
