A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Is this an Excel spreadsheet?

No. It is a downloadable HTML browser application. It exports an internal CSV that spreadsheet applications can open. You do not need Excel or Google Sheets to use the tool.

Where does my project information go?

Your project entries stay in your browser. The paid tool can save to this browser and export a backup file. It does not upload your client or supplier data to us and does not sync between devices. Always keep project backups.

What does gross profit include?

Client revenue minus the supplier costs, freight, and installation entered. It does not include overhead, income tax, payment fees, or costs you have not entered. The result is a planning estimate, not your business's net profit.

Does it place orders or connect to my suppliers?

No. Procurement Desk organizes the information you enter. You place orders, confirm availability, and update order status yourself. It does not connect to vendor accounts, accounting systems, or bank accounts.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The live demo has three editable sample selections and a sample proposal. The full download adds project saves, project backups, CSV exports, and more selections.
